You're right we do, like I can't watch anything where in the end the dog dies because I really love dogs. >.< (Marley & Me was horrible for that reason.)
With family things I get weirded out when around Christmas time they are all sappy about adoption, I'm adopted but I was from 6 days old (because of paper work) so I don't have the experiences that you and other people have had. I've had some things in my life that were rough but never with my mom, so I don't like it when people assume things. If anything feel bad for me because of my allergies especially to dogs because I love dogs. My eyes are always red and puffy because I shove my dog in my face and kiss her a lot.
Although I feel with a what you said in other threads that we do have different styles and taste, but I think that if we met we'd be friends. <3 I think that's the beauty of having stories, everyone has different ones to tell.
